Should you ever feel the need to venture outside the home, downtown Orleans Center, boasting some of the finest restaurants and village shops on the Cape, is a mere 5 minutes by car.
The house has 8 bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms ensuite. Of the bedrooms, 5 are on the second floor (3 Kings, 1 Cal King, 1 bunkroom with 4 beds), 1 is on the first floor (King), and 2 are in the basement (1 King, 1 bunk room with 6 beds).
The expansive 2 acre lot has plenty of room for outdoor games and is surrounded by 4+ acres of conservation land to ensure you and your guests will have plenty of privacy. Meanwhile, the back patio provides guests with access to a 20’x40’ heated pool and hot tub, as well as a firepit perfect for delicious cookouts and tellings of well-worn ghost stories.
Although this unique Orleans property is perfect for bringing family together, it also provides room for family members to spread out and do their own thing. The new kitchen is a chef's dream, with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Two refrigerators, a dedicated wine refrigerator, and an ice maker will ensure that your family get togethers are well-supported. Moving through the first floor, a huge family room opens onto the large screen porch; fully foldable doors allow the family room to be open to the outside with luxurious amenities such as a 65” TV and inviting fireplace. For those looking for a little privacy, there is also a separate den with a 55” TV for the sports and movie fanatics, as well as a devoted game room for the puzzle enthusiast.

Dogs may be allowed - but must be discussed before booking. We reserve the right to say "no" depending on the discussion. We charge an extra fee for the pet stay.
